"For crying out loud. You are not a tree!" "Huh?" "Get moving!" "How?" Are you stuck in a coaching conversation as a coach or leader when you know the answer? I am referring to situations where the other person is stuck for whatever reason, and the only choice is to get moving. Yet, you can't tell the person what to do because you want the other person to come to the awareness by themselves. Sometimes you wish to tell the person the answer and save you time.
