Professor Ted Zorn teaches at Massey University of New Zealand.
During the session, we discussed the ongoing debate on whether organisational culture can be managed or changed. While some academic writing is skeptical about the possibility of changing culture, many practitioners like myself believe it is possible and necessary for organisational success.
I had the opportunity to share my experience and effective strategies as a practitioner for managing and changing culture. It was an enriching experience, and I'm grateful to have been part of such a fantastic discussion.
